youre going to make this dank marinade sauce type thing. Make or buy ras el hanout seasoning. (cinnemon coriander cardamom allspice, nutmeg, pepper, cayeene, cloves, anise, etc. look it up) Chinese five spice has a lot of the ingredients if you have that. Mix up seasoning. cut up garlic cloves, ginger and throw them in bowl, mix in seasoning, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, a can of tomato paste and shake that shit up. Slosh most of it on the chicken, and save some to put on the cut up veggies. Throw all of it in an oven safe thing and put it in oven for 40ish minutes.
