Alrighty, gonna use that broth I made for an asian inspired short rib braise. Use whatever ingredients you want but to make it asian, braise the short rib in the broth made the other day (few cups), soy sauce( less than a few cups), oyster sauce (minor amount), brown sugar (dash), mirin or vinegar (rice preferably-quarter cup), sesame oil (spronkle), and season with five spice and salt and pepper (a bit). Prior to cooking season short rib season with salt and pepper. To make this, sear short ribs in dutch oven (gay) with some ghee/olive oil/butter(seed oils make you retarded so don’t use them, remember that you have a vagus nerve which communicates from brain to upper digestive tract and omega-6 in seed oils will legit give you alzheimers),(second side note you cant find baby formula without seed oils in it, its regulated and fucked up) take them out, then cook veggies in same thing. I used shitake mushroom, thai peppers (or jalapenos, serranos, whatever you got), onion, garlic and ginger. Once cooked, add the braising shit, said above^^. Once boiling add back the short ribs.
Cook on stovetop for as many hours as you can handle, but at least two. Or cook in oven at 325 for a few hours. You can add ginger root, spring onions, bay leaves, salt, pepper, spices, cinnamon stick, dried chiles, etc. to braising liquid if you feisty .
While its cooking, riddle me this batman, and ponder. There are 43200 seconds in 12 hours or 86400 seconds in a day. The suns radius is 432000 miles or 864000 miles in diameter. The great pyramid of giza is a 1:43200 ratio, exactly, relative to the northern hemisphere via “squaring the cirlce”. The Greek letter phi, or the golden angle, is 137.508 degrees. This is the angle that leaves grow, called phyllotaxis, its the angle which separates florets on a sunflower, for example. The greek letter pi, which you should know, is a constant that represents the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, which is 3.14159….. If you multiply 137.508 by 3.1415926.. you get 432. 137 is also the 33rd prime number-I have autism. There are many more relations between numbers that seem more than coincidental, you just need to whip out that calculator and find them boi. More on this for another recipe. 4+3+2=9, 8+6+4=18 1+8=9
“If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.”-Tesla

Okeydoky, after about 3.1415926 hours of pondering, calculating, and braising, turn that oven/stovetop off. A few additional things you can do is strain out all the meat and veggies in a separate container, then either cook down (reduce) the braising liquid into a sauce, or add some cornstarch to sauce to thicken. You dont need to, but if you want to, I will not stop you. I should have mentioned, I cooked some rice to serve this with, you can also do noodles or whatever. After reducing and straining the sauce and the sauce is thiccccc, add everything back. Short rib should be falling off the bone. Scoop that shit in a bowl on top of rice and enjoy.
PS- I have cooked this before, but used chicken broth because that is all I had. Honestly, I liked it better with chicken broth in the summer for some reason. With beef broth it tastes like a Christ Mas time meal, and it is the middle of July. Very tasty either way, but chicken broth makes it taste lighter, depends on your vibe dawg. Both really good though. Just had to use the broth I made the other day. Other variations of this is to make it not asian, duh, or you can braise in a red wine sauce instead. Might make another version at another time. Next meal will likely be a greek meatball soup and I will likely talk about the Greek/Creek Native American genetic connection, and the real reason why Columbus sailed to America (Hint-it was immediately following the Grenada Wars)
Cheers/gon bai/kanpei and much love,
