AAAight so today i will talk about guajillo honey slaw and pork and virgos. to start I think i just made the best slaw of all time. Slaw is the law. I believe I am the slawzaddy, the slawking, and the slawkemon. How you make my world famous slaw is cut up a half red cabbage, a full red onion, and a carrot. Chop finely. Add to a mixig bowl. Grab a handful of cilantro an four green onions. Chop finely. Add to a mixing bowl. S+P that shit yo. add some paprika. thenn onto the next part…
The vinaigrette! I had an idea, and that idea would be that spicy slaw with a smoked pork butt would go fine together. but how to make a spicy slaw? I decided that similar to my quesabirria, I would toast some guajillo chilis then pour boiling water on them and let sit for some time, about 30 minutes, cut off the ends and dump the seeds and add them to a food processor.
Next I chopped some jalapennos (2) (my keyboard is brokenn so some keys dont work and also deleete doesnt work). Then I snagged some of the honey that my bros bees made with his hive and put two spoonfuls in, next add S+P, mayo (seed oil free, theres a good avo oil one I own), a wee bit of mustard, paprika, a taste of apple cider vinegarand viola! blend it together and add to the slaw base. Mix and you will have perfectionn.. The perfect honey chili slaw.
Currently, I am smoking a pork but onn a green egg like mark zuck. For that inn particular I used a dry rub of olive oil as a base, S+P, paprika, brown sugar, granulated onion, garlic powder, cayenne powder, and a little chili powder. Rub it around, then once the smoker is set to 225, throw some apple woodchips to the charcoal annd let it ride.
<Many do not know, but I have a world famous mop sauce for every meat and occasionn. For pork (no one is reading this so I feel comfortable lettingn the secret out), I use a base of org apple juice, apple cider vinnegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, and S+P in a certain ratio. What you will want to do is go out to the yard and finnd a nice stick from a tree. Like dis
Then grab a sharp knife and whittle the end of it to remove the bark, like dis.
Then grab some paper towel and use a hair tie from your top knot and create a mop, like dis….
Then mix up your sauce and you have a perfect mop sauce for pork in particular. Also, I added an aluminum pann of water with apple woodchips into the smoker to create a sense of appley humidity for my meats.
Now that the foundations are set, its time to wander within your mind about the virgin and the whore.
The M of virgo differs from the M of scorpio because the tail of the M shows a Jesus fish.. Virgo is the complete opposite of Pisces, which is the fish. Meaning, if pisces is at 12 o’clock, virgo is at 6
The scorpio symbol also is an M but without the fish, more on a future post later.
Virgo gets its name from Vril, which is the essence of sexuality, virility, the virgin, annd the maiden. Virgo rules dat VAG, the lily (which looks vag like). It is also sterile, which one can think that viriginity annd sterility are one in the same.
Virgo is also about temperance and the maiden in the tarot.
Oh boy do I have a lot to say about this. I am no expert, but when I see this image I immediately think of a few things. First, the maiden is carrying two grails and passing water from one to the other. I think that means passing the celestial waters to the terrestrial. As in flooding from a celestial force. Next, youll notice her feet have one foot in the water and one on land. Again, emphasizing something significant. The boundary between pisces and virgin fertile lan and/or how land can become water from the catastrophic standpoint. The name Temperance should also hold significance, as within the verbiage is the word tempo. As in on a beat, or cyclical. Meaning that this ET force can come upon the earth cyclically, like the great precession of the equinoxes (25920 years).

Virgo is polarity, the virginn and the whore. It is also on the Verge of becoming fall, or scorpio, the fall of the morningstar, or lucifer. Virgo is right on the cusp of these immutable sign, or the end of things or the state of changeability. Juswt like geminni is duality, then virgo is polarity. The sign is setting.
Virgos are also hermits, like mercury, mercurial. Hermits and hermetics both dwindle in a cave to dwell on thought. Hermes is mercury, mercury it thoth, is it not strange that theses words seem to line up with one another. Again, all words are astrotheologically derived. People will tell you these have nothing to do with each other but I beg to differ.
Virgos rule thought or school or straightforwards thought. Also, in the above picture, is resembles the vesica pisces, which is seen above the doors of most cathedrals either with Mary within, or jesus, see below:

I was having a converstaion yesterday about the phallic nature of the cathedrals, the steeple or the spire, or blue origins penis rocket all somehow symbolize what is exterior or forward, or shooting towards the heavens. What is unrealized though is the feminine nature of the cathedrals, above the door sits the vesica pisces with Virgo or Jesus sitting at the center. meaning that once you enter inside the cathedral, that is where you will be bestowed knowledge. The male aspect of the cathedral is the obvious one, but the feminine is where you gain knowledge inside.
IDK if this makes sense but it makes sense to me. Also, I am a little intoxicated, so I might not be explaining this well.
Merlin, Odin, Budda, Mercury, Mary, Thoth, Hermes, are all Virgos, the teacher, the messiah, the messangers, like hermes from hercules. Which is why the virgin mary brought about a messiah, jesus. Mediums (communicate with the dead) bring about messanges from the afterlife. (same with gemini, but both are ruled by mercury). Hermetic or medical, rules strict sciences, thought, etc. the body. Virgos rule the stomach, so they tend to be in tune with their gut feeling, which also correlates to the medium aspect of the root word.
Ok, so this is getting long, so I am breaking this into two parts. First will be what I just wrote, part two will be a cucumber salad recipe, where I explain the connection to the Fleur de lis and the Honeybee.
Anyways, after you smoke the pork to 195-205 and create your amazing slaw, put it on a brioche bun with some pickles and carolina sauce and enjoy.
