Beef Broth-Baysicks with QRN

ALright, Im cooking up somethin good and its “everything in the freezer” beef bone broth. What I tend to do is save all carrot knubs, celery hearts, pepper ends, onion peels, etc in the freezer instead of throwing them out. Also, I tend to save leftover beef bones in the freezer as well, if I cook something like short rib or oxtail. Once you have a phat stash of bones and veggies pull em out of the fridge and make a broth.

To make the broth use everything in the freezer that is leftover from prior recipes. If it is something that will make the broth bitter (ask AI) dont add it. TOnight in particular I am using peppers, onions, oxtail bones, bone marrow, short rib bones, garlic head, ginger knub (barely), pepper , salt (should go without saying),carrots, celery, and whatever else is at the bottom of the freezer bag. You legit cant fuck up broth, but on top of those tings in freezer mahn, I am adding dried ancho chiles, paprika, thyme, jamaican all spice, anise, coriander (minor amount), and whatever else is around.

Feel free to brown the bones in oven at 400 degrees for like 30-45 minutes. Also, feel free to saute or bake veggies for a little bit until browned before adding to stock pot. Also, feel free to kill yourself. Add a bunch of water to stock pot and add all bones and veggies. Its cool to use bones with leftover meat on them, no biggie, everything will come out in the end when straining. Bring to a boil, simmer, and cover for at least 4 hours. Add more water if everythings not covered. Just keep an eye on it here and there and dont be a jag schwag.

Oh also skim off gross shit that surfaces in the broth and toss it every so often. Idk what it is but is scumbayja. ONce complete strain out everything and put in freezer or fridge for later use. I think with my broth, I am going to make an asian inspired short rib braise and/or a greek meatball lemon soup with jew dumplings.

  2. hey kevin thanks for the recipe also I asked chatGPT as well about the weather modification requests on NOAAs page & subsequently had my power go out, I don’t believe it’s unrelated but I can’t prove it. My girlfriend is telling me to drop it but I don’t understand why she doesn’t understand the gravity of the implication. I think i’m going to make an egg drop soup with my broth
